FireStorm 45 Government Compact

The FireStorm 45 Government Compact was a 1911 type pistol chambered in .45 ACP caliber and made by Fabrinor Legutiano Espana in Spain. It was imported in the USA by R.S.A. Ocean, NJ from 2001 to 2005. Fabrinor was the last man standing of a Spanish Arms triumvirate composed of Star, Astra, and Llama, and it succeeded the Gabilondo / Llama establishment after that collapse in 2002. Construction is entirely blued steel. Design is John M. Browning 1911 Colt type. Slide is serrated fore and aft, stake on low front sight and dovetailed rear sight, 3 dot configuration. This Pistol has a firing pin safety, in addition to its extended right hand shooter main safety and semi-beavertail grip safety.
