About Chiappa Firearms Double Badger 500111
The Chiappa Firearms Ltd Double Badger over-under combination gun in 22 Long Rifles are great for hunting and target shooting. This shotgun/rimfire combination gun is a great choice for hunting, survival or fun recreational shooting. New for 2016 the Double Badger is available in 20ga/.22lr, to go along with the 410ga/.22lr and 410ga/.22WMR. The Double Badger has the look, feel and function of an over and under shotgun with an attractive wood buttstock and forend but with the versatility of a rimfire cartridge. Each barrel is selectively fired by its own trigger and controlled by a top tang safety that is easy to use quickly and reliably. The Double Badger comes with a Williams Fiber Optic Ghost ring and front sight as well as a 3/8” dovetail rail for mounting optics. Designed for portability, pushing the trigger guard down allows the Double Badger to fold in half for a total overall length of 21.20" making storage and transport easy.

This rifle is very accurate with the .22 mag. We have only shot OOO buck with the .410, at 10 yards all shot was in a 6in area. The firearm is a little hard to break open but hopefully will loosen up with use.

Solid little gun. Seems well made and a bargain for around 300 bucks. I have put around 40 rounds of .410 rifled slugs and 22WMR through it without any failures. I've seen reviews on this firearm that indicated that the breach was stiff and very difficult
