Endurance tested to 35,000 rounds, the FN FNP-45 Tactical offers .45 ACP ballistic performance and a host of unique features no other handgun can match. The checkered polymer frame comes with four interchangeable backstraps to customize fit and is designed with a low-bore axis for reduced felt recoil and enhanced control. All operating controls are fully ambidextrous. The barrel is hammer-forged stainless steel with a threaded muzzle. The stainless steel slide is fitted with high-profile combat sights and includes two mounting bases to accept an optional red-dot electronic sight. The FN FNP-45 offers a more conventional sight and slide design thats ideally for general duty issue. A bit bulky but what do you expect from 15 rds of .45. The changeable grips really help. Just as accurate as a high dollar 1911. Really love mine. Has less recoil than my colt 1911. Also like the decock on the saftey. The only thing I would change is the
