About Ruger AR-556 8502

The Ruger AR-556 Model 8502 is chambered in 5.56 NATO with M4 feed ramps provide improved operational reliability. The heavy contour, cold hammer-forged barrel has ultra-precise rifling for exceptional accuracy, longevity, and easy cleaning. The 1:8 twist rate stabilizes bullets from 35-77 grains. Its upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and includes a forward assist, dust cover, and brass deflector. It is Type III hard coat anodized for maximum durability. It has a fixed M4-style black synthetic buttstock and Mil-Spec buffer tube. The front post sight is elevation adjustable and the A2 style"F" height allows co-witness with many optics. The rear sight is a Ruger Rapid Deploy folding sight. It provides adjustment for windage and pairs with the front sight for a solid reliable aiming system. The milled gas block is located at a carbine-length (M4) position for improved balance and handling. It comes with an ergonomic pistol grip that features an extended trigger reach for more precise control over the single stage trigger providing durable and reliable fire control and is protected by an oversized trigger guard which gives plenty of room for use with gloves. This rifle comes with one metal 10-round magazine.

You can use a COUPLER to attach 2 10-rd mags back-to-back, even in CA 10-rd AR mags is the max but it's fine to use such couplers.
