Features includes the LC6 trigger, hinged solid steel floorplate, 3-position safety and one-piece stainless steel bolt. Non-rotating, Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor and fixed blade-type ejector. Cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel with Hawkeye matte finish. Removable, radial-port muzzle brake significantly reduces felt recoil. When brake is not preferred, it may be replaced by the included matched muzzle weight. Thread protector included. Shallow express-style windage adjustable V-notch rear sight and large white bead front sight for instant target acquisition. Integral scope mounts, machined directly on the solid-steel receiver; scope rings included. Sling swivel studs. Soft rubber recoil pad with three 1/2 inch buttpad spacers included. Green Mountain laminate stock. Ruger logo-engraved grip cap.

1 shot 1 kill dropped a 400 lb Brown bear in 1 step. Prob a little over kill for a brown bear but I was prepared for whatever came up. only complaint is the sites all fell off the gun the first time using and took 5 months to get them to send me new sites
