The Ruger SP101 revolver features a smaller Ruger cushioned grip system with no exposed metal at the back strap for shooter comfort. The patented triple locking cylinder mechanism securely locks the cylinder into the frame at the front, rear, and bottom. Its stainless steel frame has no weakening side plates. his model has a 2.25" barrel and ships with three full moon clips that act as both a speed loader and aids in the ejection of the spent cartridges. Initially I had problems with dry-firing the revolver in single-action. I called Ruger and they repaired the revolver within a week with no charges. Great gun; great price.

Great price the trigger was the roughest ive ever felt way worse than my sp101 357 but I had already ordered a mcarbo trigger spring kit buffed and fluffed now it is a decent trigger
