I bought this gun about three years ago. Hands down one of my personal favorites, extremely accurate and reliable. I've added a few things to personalize it and make it mine but overall stock

Solid built & reasonable price

Do I need a 1911? The answer is most likely no. Do I want a 1911? The answer is definitely yes. I find myself hard to resist stainless steel mechanical things that are well made, and the SR1911 is one good example and my first foray into the 1911 world. B

Shoots Great!

Consistent

My first 1911. And sure glad I did. Tried my friend's SR1911 and decided it was time for me to join the 1911 revolution. Dead red with first shot out of the box at 7 yds. Consistency is name of the game. Feels melted to your hand. Super gun at this p

Best gun I own.

I purchased this gun a couple of months ago and it has become my favorite. I find the trigger pull and feel of the gun in my hand is exceptional. I am considerably more accurate with this than my Glock 17 or Glock 43. And I love the Glocks. I highly recom

Great pistol

I bought the Ruger last week, great heavy slide. It's a feels much heavier that my Rock Islands slide. Very heavy recoil spring. First shots are dead on, I have a tendency to pull low. Great gun, very happy.

SR1911

Have it two weeks ago, No regrets. Have a lot of fun.

Solid as a rock

2017 Christmas gift to myself. I've run just under 400 rounds in two months and not so much as a hiccup. Sights are dead on and shooting is a ton of fun.

Sweet pistol

Bought mine the first of November 2017. It's one great pistol. It's well made and shoots like a dream. The trigger pull is almost perfect. I do recommend the Ruger SR 1911.
