Buds did their part but savage ? first time savage ever let me down not very accurate and the stock needed modifications to not be rubbing on the barrel, in general the stock is garbage ! ------ 3 inch groups at a 100 yards multiple ammo types tried.... o

I have owned mine for about 9 months , love the adjustable trigger , have killed 16 coyotes , 20 jack rabbits , 1 bobcat , and 3 hogs since I bought it . Shoots 1 inch groups at 100 yards

Had a coyote come in to 40 yds this morning and this gun FAILED ONCE AGAIN. Pulled the trigger and NOTHING. Dog took off when I tried to chamber another round. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I buy a Savage. Pin does not set when cambering a round in SAFE MODE. DO
