I purchared the P239 because I carry a P229 on duty and thought I would make a good off-duty weapon. I have medium sized hand and it is hard to get a good grip on the weapon for me. It had a long break in period, 400 to 500 rds before it became reliable,

It is a little thicker than most single stack 40 cal pistols but it fits perfectly in my (medium ) size hands. It is not that light but still OK for CCW. It will feed anything you put in it with no problems for me after a few thousand rounds.
