Handguns Descriptions
Beretta 90-TWO
The newly designed frame of 90two pistol ensures trouble-free insertion and holster extraction, thanks to its rounded and truly snag-free surfaces. Inside the frame, near the disassembly lever, a metallic recoil buffer reduces the impact of the slide assembly against the frame during the shooting cycle. By redistributing the stresses, the recoil buffer increases the service life of the firearm. Trigger guard is also rounded to ensure, when firing with two hands, the correct positioning of the supporting hand.
Bren Ten Standard Model
The Bren Ten is a short recoil operated, locked breech semi-automatic pistol chambered for 10mm Auto that was designed by Michael Dixon and Thomas Dornaus, with the consulting help of Col. Jeff Cooper. The gun itself was based on the Czech CZ-75 pistol. About 1,500 Bren Ten pistols were made by Dornaus & Dixon Enterprises Inc. from 1984 to 1986 in Huntington Beach, California. In 1986 Dornaus & Dixon Enterprises Inc. went in to bankuptcy and production stopped. Issues reported with the gun when it was in its original production run included some of the units delivered with missing or inoperable magazines. Spare magazines were hard to find and were relatively expensive. The pistol has the capability of being fired single- or double action and feature an ambidextrous frame-mounted combat "switch" style manual safety that locks the sear so the trigger cannot be moved rearward as well as an internal firing pin block safety which stops the firing pin from traveling forward. 22LR and .45ACP conversion kit were available for Bren Ten pistol.
