Shotguns Descriptions

Browning Silver Hunter

The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. The low recoiling Browning Silver Hunter Matte Semi-Auto Shotgun allows for fast follow-up shots and all-day shooting comfort on the clays range or wing shooting.Lightweight and fast handling2-tone silver/black receiverBlued barrelTurkish walnut stockVentilated recoil padActive Valve gas systemCycles 2-3/4" and 3" shellsVent rib and brass front beadInvector-Plus choke tubesBack bored barrel

Merkel 2003C

The 2003C version is the flagship of the 2000 series – it relates to a forerunner from the pervious century, the 203, which was the link between the 200 and 303 series. Like its predecessor, the 2003C makes an impression with its special Merkel sidelocks. The precision engineered parts draw their energy from powerful compression springs, which combine optimised shot development time and excellent trigger pull, with extreme robustness for everyday use. A functional gun for the hunt – and also for the fireplace room, because the sidelocks are removable. Steel receiver, detachable Sidelocks with compression springs, Kersten cross bolt, double trigger with an excellent characteristic - typical for side locks, manual safety with intercepting safety sear, disconnectable ejectors, game scene engraving Jagd, highly figured luxury grade walnut, pistol grip and cheeck, three-piece forearm for a slim line, interchangeable chokes (steelshot proofed).
