Built as a result of numerous requests by the hunters who wanted a slightly shorter barrel and lighter swing weight in a carry rifle for predator hunting/calling, this 20� barreled version of the Varminter will deliver all the accuracy you�ve come to expect from a Bushmaster.
Krebs Custom Core Wood
Laminated wood fore-end and buttstock, mid-rifle integral 1913 rail section to co-witness with Aimpoint Micro T2-style red dot sights, standard AK fore-end retainer, new WBP parts (including forged trunnions), Krebs Custom Chrome-lined front sight gas block with AR-15 front post, AR-15-style rear iron sight mounted to a reinforced & fitted receiver cover (providing an extended total sight radius of 18"), Krebs Custom Mk 6 safety with manual bolt hold-open, extended magazine release lever for easy magazine changes, "birdcage" flash suppressor, Tango Down pistol grip, Romanian fire control group, and our renowned "Krebskote" solvent-proof synthetic alkyd finish. Action: gas operated, rotating bolt. Muzzle velocity: approx. 2,350 FPS. Feed system: 10, 20, 30, 40-round detachable box magazine, or 75-round drum magazine.
