ST Engineering SAR 21 LW CARBINE
SAR 21 LIGHT WEIGHT CARBINE (LWC) Mounting System: 4 sets of Picatinny Rails. Firing Mode: Semi & Auto. Method of Operation: Gas, Long Stroke. Type of Locking: Rotary Bolt, Twin Lugs. For added protection, the SAR21 has patented safety features like a high pressure vent hole at the barrel extension and a composite plate at the cheek rest. Both features prevent the user from sustaining serious injuries in the unlikely event of a chamber explosion - the vent hole provides an outlet to release high pressure gases while the composite plate shields the user from the explosion.
