Lee Arms Red Jacket No. 3

The Red Jacket No. 3 was a single-action, side-loaded spur revolver made by Lee Arms Company from Wilkes-Barres, Pennsylvania from 1880 to 1889. The top of the barrel is marked “RED JACKET NO.3”, the underside is marked with the serial number, the top strap of the grip frame is marked “THE LEE ARMS CO. / WILKES-BARRE PA”, the left side of the grip frame and front of the cylinder are marked with the serial number. Red Jacket was a trade name used by Lee Arms Co. on a line of inexpensive pocket revolvers.
