Glock 21

Remarkable for its accuracy and light recoil, the GLOCK 21SF delivers the legendary stopping power of the .45 AUTO round with 10/13 round magazine capacity. Countless law enforcement units swear by the G21SF pistol, and that's why this powerful, lightweight, all climate workhorse is standard issue from the North to South Poles. The SF model reduces the circumference of the receiver at the rear, or "back strap," offering increased comfort and controlespecially for shooters with smaller hands.

Mayor F. Mayor Arquebusier (Later Model)

The MAYOR ARQUEBUSIER is a simple blowback pocket pistol. It is based on a design for which the inventor, Ernest Rochat of Nyon, received a Swiss patent dated February 11, 1919 (Pat. No. 86,863). The Arquebusier were fighters who were still armed with wicker rifles in the 16th century. Ernest Rochat just designed the pistol but pistol was made (in two variants) from 1919-1930 by Mayor brothers (Francois and Ernest) in Lausanne, Switzerland. In the earlier model the safety was a thumb-operated lever (which was pushed forward or backward) while in the later model the safety was a thumb-operated sliding latch (which was pushed backward or forward). The pistol had a small knob below the barrel on the front, which allowed it to fall apart. Pressing the button would release the lock and release it from the pistol frame, resulting in an incomplete collapse. Trade mark stamped on a slide and also on wooden grip consisted of the outline of a fish above which is the letter R and below the letter N. Fish in the trademark is there because Nyon coat of arms has the same fish. Ernest Rocha was a native of Nyon. Correct number of manufactured pistols today is not known but it is estimated from low 600 to high 1,500 pistols. Francois Mayor had a small shop so production was very limited and in 1930 was stopped because he could not compete with the larger arms manufacturers. The Mayor pistol is uncommon today, but worth saving because the workmanship and finish were excellent. Most of the samples work even today without any problems.
