Merwin, Hulbert, and Co. was an American firearms manufacturer located in New York City. Merwin, Hulbert, and Co. produced revolvers and rifles from 1876 to 1916. The firearms were manufactured by a subsidiary company, Hopkins & Allen of Norwich, Connecticut. The 38 Automatic Police revolver has a folding hammer and a ribbed barrel.
