Norinco 77
The Type 77 is a compact, pocket-sized, blowback semi-automatic, striker-fired single action pistol chambered in caliber 7.65 x 17mm Type 64 in service with all branches of the China's Army and Police. It was designed from 1976 to 1981 and manufactured and adopted in 1981. From 1990 several variants of the Type 77 were developed for the international market. Importing of Norinco firearms in the US was banned in conjunction with 1993 and 2003 U.S. trade sanctions.
