Gun did not fire right out of the box, Had to send it back to get repaired, Disappointing birthday present for my son. On a positive note the gun arrived from a buds very quick so will be using them again.

sound like a bad magazine maybe a weak spring in the mag. 1st try another mag or remove the spring from the mag and try stretching it slightly and oiling it
Cleaning the barrell

Break in period
Yes its Good to go. If its working good you should be fine some guns don't need a break in others (exact same model) need up to about 500 or so rounds before they work good with no issues
Ammo
22 lr guns are strange I have 2 identical GSG 1911 22lrs 1 will cycleg and work great wit Winchester M22 bulk and the other will not work with it at all. I recommend trying the bulk packs that you can get locally (buy them 1 at a time) until you know what
