UTAS-USA XTR12TG1 XTR-12 Semi-Automatic 12 Gauge 20.8\" 3\" 5+1 Synthetic Adjustable Tungsten Black The XTR-12 is a unique semi-auto shotgun with an overall length of 39.2\". It features a gas operated/rotating bolt system, an integrated quad Picatinny rail for iron sights or optics, 4140 steel body and barrel with a Cerakote Tungsten finish. The barrel is muzzle threaded to accept multi chokes and heat treated. This tactical shotgun also features aluminum upper/lower receiver and a five-position telescopic stock. Is this a GEN2 UTAS XTR12 / Compatible W/ DPMS 308
Yes and yes Mike. According to the guys at UTAS, the XTR-12 uses a DPMS AR-10 lower. In fact, you can get a DPMS .308 upper slap it on the XTR-12 lower and it will work. It should be very accurate with a quality upper.
